In-house treatment and housing for men, women and women with children from the earliest stages of recovery through transitioning back to work, school and/or family.

Priority placement is given to pregnant I.V. drug users, pregnant women, I.V. drug users, and parents who have lost or are at risk of losing custody of their children due to substance abuse.
Stabilization Services
NYS OASAS certified Staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
​
In addition to individual and group counseling, clients, in collaboration with medical and clinical staff, may explore the following areas:

desire and motivation for medication management
-
reported cravings and desire for discontinuance of use

ability to cope with family and friends
-
willingness to manage physical and mental health symptoms
-
interest in seeking out peers for social support
-
job readiness and career, educational motivation

Reintegration Services
ACCA Reintegration Services are NYS OASAS certified

Residents live in a healthy, supportive environment where activities are client-centered and focused on need while taking into account the strengths and challenges of each client.
​
Clients are encouraged to engage in an outpatient program and, in collaboration with outpatient counselors, may explore the following areas:
-
additional case management to pursue the enhancement of life skills and/or parenting skills
-
attainment of employment and/or educational opportunities
-
expansion of sober social and recreational activities
Transitional Living Services
ACCA’s Reilly House, located on our main campus, provides safe, supervised transitional housing for men in the later stages of recovery. The Reilly House is a 12 bedroom house offering residents extended care while they prepare for a place of their own, dramatically increasing their success in solidifying healthy habits for life.

With help from counseling, education and employment training programs, men live in a healthy environment and maintain an alcohol and drug-free lifestyle. Life-skills training is emphasized so that residents have the ability and confidence to secure and maintain employment and continue on the path of recovery within the community. Residents receive assistance connecting to and obtaining community services, finding permanent housing and family reunification services.
