- Outpatient Clinic:
Monday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Community Residences:
24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Community Education:
OFFICE HOURS: Monday through Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Hours will vary for training sessions.

What insurance does ACCA accept?
ACCA accepts the following major insurances:
- United Behavioral Health
- Value Options

Does ACCA accept self-pay clients?
Yes. A sliding scale fee, based upon your income, is available
At what age can a client begin treatment at the ACCA?
ACCA’s programs accept adults ages 18 and older.
Where can I go to get a screening for a DWI charge?

Can I bring my children to live with me while I’m in treatment in the Community Residences residential program?
ACCA’s Vista House is a transitional living facility which provides shelter and treatment to women in recovery and their children.
Does the ACCA perform screenings or interventions off-site?
No. All screenings and interventions are completed at our Outpatient Clinic located at 1044 Broadway, Albany, NY or at our Community Residences Halfway House located on the ACCA main campus 90 McCarty Ave.
If I receive Social Security benefits while in treatment at any of the Community Residence residential programs, what happens to my money?
A portion of your benefits will be used to pay for your housing and food while in treatment. For more specific information about how the benefits get disbursed, please contact our Community Residences office at 434-8083.
Where do I go for methadone maintenance?
Is the ACCA tobacco free?
There is absolutely no smoking permitted anywhere on the ACCA main campus or Outpatient Clinic.
